Double Diamond Restaurant is an American cuisine restaurant serving award-winning baby back ribs, pasta dishes, hand-tossed pizza, homemade soups and salads, and fresh daily specials. The yellow fin tuna is a favorite, grilled to temperature or simply served with wasabi and soy sauce. Come on by for some burgers and beers or a warm chili in a bread bowl for lunch. And don't forget the employee lunch special, $5 everyday from 12noon til 2! The  Double Diamond Restaurant is located at the base of the Super Bee lift in Copper's East Village.
